Rabbi Levik Dubov was born and raised in Orlando Florida and is the oldest of nine siblings. His parents Rabbi Sholom and Leah Dubov who opened and established the first Chabad Center in Greater Orlando in 1985. Slava Dubov was born and raised in Paris France in one of the most vibrant Jewish communities in the world.
